Foreign man found dead with stab wounds in Phuket hotel room

A foreign man was found dead in a hotel room in Phuket with stab wounds to the neck. The body was discovered by a maid who noticed a foul odor coming from the room. No signs of theft or struggle were found. A substance similar to crystal meth was found in the bathroom. The deceased had been staying at the hotel for several months and was last seen on October 26.
