Hua Sai Lueang: A Hidden Gem in Thailand's Jungle
Hua Sai Lueang, also known as Huai Sai Lueang, is a spectacular waterfall located in the southwestern area of the Doi Inthanon National Park in Thailand. This waterfall is one of two, the other being Mae Pan Waterfall, in this off-the-beaten-path location of the park. Despite its remote location, it is worth visiting due to its dramatic fall over a cliff in the jungle.
The waterfall can be reached via a 0.33 kilometer walk up an easy stone trail. Facilities such as bathrooms and trash bins are available at the trailhead. From here, it's a quick drive or walk to reach the trailhead for Mae Pan Waterfall.
Despite the waterfall's beauty, it receives relatively few visitors due to its remote location. However, those who do visit are rewarded with one of the more spectacular falls in the park. The summit trail lies within Doi Inthanon National Park and is subject to park hours and admission rates.

Please note that there are multiple similar spellings of Hua Sai Lueang, even on the signs at the falls.
