Chao Phraya River embankment collapses in Nonthaburi
A section of the Chao Phraya River embankment collapsed in Nonthaburiās Pak Kret district, raising concerns. The collapse is part of a construction project to prevent erosion along the riverbanks, which started in 2014 and faced delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The collapse, spanning 75 meters, was reported by the abbot of nearby Wat Choeng Lane.
