British Airways Resumes Flights to Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, Unveils Modernization Plan
British Airways is resuming connections to Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, with flights from London Gatwick to Bangkok and daily flights from London Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur. The first-class cabins will not be available on the revived service. The airline's CEO unveiled a 7-billion-British-pound modernisation plan, including customer care improvements and environmental sustainability initiatives.
