AOT and Immigration Division 2 are addressing long passenger queues at Suvarnabhumi Airport by hiring additional staff, adding more immigration officers, installing new gates and automatic channels, and introducing a Common Use Passenger Processing System. These measures aim to reduce wait times to 30 minutes and improve the overall passenger experience. The plan is set to go into action by March 30.
