DCD warns of surging dengue fever cases in Thailand
Thailand's Disease Control Department has issued a stark warning with over 8,000 dengue fever cases and 13 fatalities. The DCD Director-General revealed a 91.25% surge in cases compared to last year, with most cases in southern and central provinces. The Public Health Office of Prachuap Khiri Khan also issued a warning about a surge in Zika virus cases in Hua Hin.
