Bangkok Governor Sets Guidelines to Tackle PM2.5 Dust Problem
Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt has stipulated guidelines to address the PM2.5 dust problem by implementing a campaign to change engine oil and air filters, with 41,488 cars already participating. Dust-free classrooms have been set up, and measures to reduce biomass burning have also been established. The city has coordinated with television stations to disseminate information to the public, and a draft bill for the Clean Air Management Act has been approved.
