Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service establish the terms, conditions, rights, and obligations between Gajua (hereinafter "Company") and its members regarding the use of the travel-focused social networking service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

  • "Service" refers to the travel information sharing and social networking service provided by the Company.
  • "Member" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms of Service and uses the Service.
  • "Content" refers to all travel-related information, posts, photos, videos, etc., created and shared by members within the Service.
  • "Travel Companion" refers to the matching of travel partners through the Service.

Article 3 (Service Usage)

Members can use the following services:

  • Posting, sharing, and searching travel-related information
  • Following and subscribing to travel information by country/city
  • Communication with other members and travel companion matching
  • Multi-language translation service

Article 4 (Member Obligations)

Members must not engage in the following activities:

  • Impersonating others or registering false information
  • Using the Service for activities prohibited by law or these Terms
  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in fraud or illegal activities under the pretense of sharing travel information or companion matching
  • Disrupting the stable operation of the Service
  • Collecting, storing, or disclosing other members' personal information without authorization

Article 5 (Travel Companion Service Usage)

Members must comply with the following when using the travel companion service:

  • Follow the Company's safety guidelines for travel companion matching
  • Not arbitrarily cancel arrangements with travel companions or cause unnecessary disputes
  • Acknowledge that all responsibilities arising from travel companion activities rest with the member

Article 6 (Service Restrictions)

The Company may restrict service provision in the following cases:

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions
  • Technical necessity for service maintenance, replacement, or repair
  • Violation of these Terms of Service by a member

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for the following:

  • Any issues arising after travel companion matching between members
  • Accuracy or reliability of travel information posted by members
  • Mistranslations or meaning differences that may occur when using the translation service
  • Disputes between members or between members and third parties
